The University of Colorado Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatrics Residency Program Coordinator to provide administrative management for the Residency Program and its residents in training. The role is part of a residency leadership team that includes three Program Coordinators (this role included), a Residency Scheduler, three Chief Residents and seven Program and Associate Program Directors. There are well over 100 residents in our programs. To achieve our goals, we are working continuously to develop a team of unique individuals working in an environment in which we can bring our authentic whole selves and work collaboratively with a shared purpose.
