The Duke Pediatric Nephrology Fellowship Program has 1 open fellow position for a July 1, 2026 start.
The fellowship is a 3-year ACGME-approved program based at Duke Children’s Hospital within the Duke University School of Medicine.
Highlights include individualized training plans, fellow continuity clinic managing an independent patient panel, longitudinal exposure in dialysis, transplant, and lupus clinics, and optional rotations in urology clinic. The division includes 6 full-time faculty, 2 current fellows, and strong interdisciplinary clinical and research collaborations across adult nephrology, transplant surgery, urology, and rheumatology teams.
There is opportunity to pursue a Master’s degree during fellowship training, tailored to the fellow’s academic and career goals (e.g., clinical research, epidemiology, or medical education).
