The Pediatric Hospital Medicine (PHM) Fellowship at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston is seeking a highly motivated pediatrician to join our program in an open, off-cycle position. Position Details
- Start Date: July 7, 2026
- Eligibility: Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatrics Residency by start date
- Responsibilities:
- Participate fully in clinical rotations spanning general pediatrics, newborn care, complex care, and subspecialty experiences
- Engage in scholarly activity, including a mentored QI or research project
- Develop skills in teaching medical students and residents
- Contribute to program initiatives and educational innovation
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree or equivalent
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
- Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated interest in hospital medicine, medical education, QI, or healthcare systems
