Our fellowship training program is seeking two first-year fellows to join our Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, Cellular, Immunotherapies and Transplant Program starting in July 2026.
About Our Program
- We are a robust middle-sized program caring for 80-90 new oncology patients a year. Additionally, we have an IHTC recognized coagulopathy program and a high-volume sickle cell program with 350-450 patients. We are the only program in the state to offer pediatric bone marrow transplant, CAR T-cell therapy, and gene therapy.
- Affiliated with VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center, an NCI-designated cancer center.

Conditions Treated:
We offer a multidisciplinary approach to treating all cancers and blood disorders, including:
- Benign blood disorders, such as iron deficiency and blood platelet conditions
- Brain and spinal cord tumors
- Bone and soft tissue sarcomas
- Bone marrow failure (aplastic anemia)
- Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH)
- Leukemia (blood cancer)
- Liver tumors
- Lymphoma
- Hemophilia and other coagulation disorders
- Neuroblastoma
- Neurofibromatosis
- Platelet dysfunction
- Rare tumor diseases
- Renal tumors
- Sickle cell anemia
- Tuberous sclerosis (TSC)
