Our 3yr ACGME sponsored multi-disciplinary Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics program is seeking a first-year fellow to join us starting July 2026. Fellows join a team of passionate faculty and trainees gaining skills in assessment, diagnosis, research and leadership. We prepare future leaders in pediatric behavioral pediatric care to become compassionate, skilled and knowledgeable clinicians, advocates and scholars. We foster professional growth through personalized mentorship, collaborative learning and shared problem solving. We emphasize curiosity, kindness and family partnerships as core values.
Fellows have the opportunities to learn through participation in:
- Interdisciplinary Teaching Clinics
- Weekly Didactics and combined DBP- Child Psychiatry conferences
- Mentorship from committed faculty
- Elective rotations in genetics, psychiatry, neurology, rehab medicine and fields of particular interest at Tufts Medical Center and BCH
- Participation in LEND training
- Mentorship in scholarly work projects

Requirements:
- MD, DO Degree
- Passage of all three steps of USMLE or COMPLEX exams
- Completion of ACGME accredited residency in pediatrics or medicine/pediatrics
- Board certified/ eligible in general pediatrics
- US citizenship, permanent residency or J-1 visa holder
