The Professional Development subgroup of the APPD Faculty & Professional Development Learning Community is excited to share our web(pod)cast series entitled, "Career Compass." Meredith Bone, Erin Owen, and Adam Wolfe features conversations with APPD members and other experts discuss their perspectives on career pathways and advancement, leadership styles, and lessons learned in career development. Alan is a Professor of Pediatrics and the Shirley LeVine Chair in Pediatric Education, the Pediatric Residency Program Director, Associate Vice Chair of Pediatric Education, and Assistant Designated Institutional Officer for Graduate Medical Education at UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine. A member of the Association of Pediatric Program Directors (APPD) since 2013, Alan currently chairs both the Program Directors Section Executive Committee and the Education Technology Learning Community.
