Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital | Call for July 2027 Fellows

The Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship is an ACGME-accredited fellowship spans three years to accommodate the broad scope of clinical and educational experiences offered.  Within the Division of General Pediatrics, fellows will complete the ACGME portion of training in the first two years, followed by a third year of unsupervised clinical practice while completing their advanced degree.

    • The first two years of training includes dedicated core rotations on general pediatric inpatient services, as well as exposure to other general areas of hospital-based medicine: complex care, newborn care, sedation, critical care, and co-management with non-medical services.
    • During the 2nd and 3rd year, fellows have protected time to pursue a fully funded master’s degree through any of the Harvard Schools including but not limited to the TH Chan School of Public Health or Harvard Medical School.

ERAS Applications are accepted through August 25, 2026

      • Program requires three-years of prior ACGME training.
