The Pediatric Residency Program at Advocate Children’s Hospital-Park Ridge is currently accepting applications for an unexpected opening for a PGY-1 position for the 2026-2027 academic year to begin as soon as possible.
We are a medium-size program with an over 50-year history of training well rounded pediatricians whether they enter a career in primary care or a pediatric subspecialty. We have a rich educational curriculum, diverse clinical experiences and a friendly and nurturing environment. As a program, we are committed to preparing residents to become outstanding pediatricians who will continually challenge themselves to be critical thinkers, compassionate advocates for children and skillful healers.

- USMLE/COMLEX Steps 1, 2, and 3 (if taken) transcripts
