The Division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven physician leader to serve as Fellowship Program Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated educator and clinician to shape the next generation of pediatric intensivists within one of the nation’s premier academic medical centers.
About the Position
The Fellowship Program Director will hold primary responsibility for the vision, administration, and continuous improvement of our ACGME-accredited Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellowship. This individual will report to the Division Chief and will work closely with departmental leaders in education, Graduate Medical Education leadership, and faculty across the division and department.

The Program Director will ensure full compliance with ACGME requirements while fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes clinical excellence, inquiry, and professional growth. This role also involves representing the program at institutional, regional, and national levels, contributing to the broader community of pediatric critical care education.
In addition to educational leadership, the Program Director will maintain an active clinical practice in the pediatric intensive care unit and will be expected to sustain or develop a scholarly portfolio in medical education, clinical research, quality improvement, or another area aligned with divisional priorities.
