Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital is seeking a highly motivated applicant for an open 2nd-year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellowship position beginning July 2026.
Our program offers training in a high-acuity, high-volume tertiary/quaternary care environment with broad exposure to complex medical and surgical critical illness.
Clinical Environment
- 25-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- 22-bed Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CTICU): Dedicated cardiac ICU with complex congenital heart disease
Advanced Therapies & Subspecialty Exposure
- ECMO (medical and cardiac)
- Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
- Ventricular Assist Devices (VAD)
- Heart transplantation
- Bone marrow transplantation
- Kidney transplantation
- Level 1 Trauma Center
- Multidisciplinary care with cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, nephrology, oncology, neurosurgery, endocrinology, neurology, rheumatology, and transplant services
