APPD Forum for Fellowship Leaders

The APPD will present a one-day intensive session geared toward Pediatric Fellowship Directors, Associate Fellowship Directors, Superfellowship Directors, Fellowship Coordinators and Vice Chairs of Education.

The Association of Pediatric Program Directors serves pediatric programs by leading the advancement of education to ensure the health and well-being of all children we serve pediatric programs by leading the advancement of medical education, the development of a diverse workforce, the cultivation of an inclusive clinical learning environment, and promotion of educational innovation and research.

  • APPD Member Registrations received by April 13, 2021 are eligible for the early registration fee of $125. After April 13, 2021, the registration fee will be $140.
  • Non-Member Registrations received by April 13, 2021 are eligible for the early registration fee of $155. After April 13, 2021, the registration fee will be $170.

POLICIES

Financial Waiver: Do you require financial assistance to attend this meeting? Attendees seeking financial assistance must email APPD with the following waiver and attestation information. Upon approval, APPD will provide a discount code for registration.

Waiver, Attestation Requirements:
1) Provide a brief paragraph regarding your financial need
2) Attest to the following:
- I have asked for funding from my department/division/program but was declined.
- I agree to teach others what they learn at the conference.
- I commit to completing conference evaluations.

Payment: APPD must receive full payment prior to the meeting date, April 28, 201 Full payment must be received in order to gain access to the meeting. APPD reserves the right to cancel any pre-registration if payment is not received prior to the meeting.

Cancellation Policy: APPD reserves the right to cancel any sessions due to lack of enrollment or other factors. In the event of a cancellation, registered participants will be notified by e-mail and will have the option to choose an available alternative.

Cancellation Fees: All registration cancellations by participants must be received in writing to info@appd.org. Cancellations received after April 15, 2021 will not be eligible for a refund. All reimbursements will be processed following the meeting.
