The Department of Pediatrics at NYU Grossman School of Medicine is seeking a board certified/board eligible pediatric nocturnal hospitalist for a faculty position at the Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone. The individual will provide comprehensive care, with wonderful housestaff, to a diverse patient population in a brand new, single room acute care medical surgical unit. Responsibilities include teaching of medical students and pediatric residents, and participation in hospital-related administrative, research and/or quality improvement initiatives. The individual will join our lively Pediatric Hospital Medicine group which actively engages in medical education, quality improvement, research and administration.
Salary Range $160,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
The ideal candidate will be BC/BE in Pediatrics, possess outstanding clinical skills, hold current NY licensure, PALS and NRP certification.
