The Department of Pediatrics at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone Health are seeking a full-time academic physician to join the Division of Pediatric Nephrology. The successful candidate will share responsibility for comprehensive clinical services as well as education and research in the division. The candidate should also have academic interests in clinical research and/or education and will be expected to pursue scholarly activity. The division of pediatric nephrology provides a complete range of inpatient and outpatient pediatric nephrology services, including management of patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, inpatient renal replacement therapy (CRRT, PD, and HD) supervised by nephrology, and kidney transplantation.

This position will incorporate an academic appointment and salary will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the applicant. The Division of Nephrology currently consists of two full-time pediatric nephrologists with a wide range of clinical, academic and research interests. Qualifications

Applicants must be board certified/eligible in pediatric nephrology and must be licensed (or eligible for licensure) in New York State.
