Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital – Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai
Fully accredited 3-year training program seeks a first-year fellow to begin training in July 2025. The position is at Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital and the Department of Pediatrics at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Kravis Children’s Hospital is a tertiary care center with all major pediatric subspecialties represented, and state-of-the-art NICU, PICU, and Pediatric Cardiac ICU. We have a pediatric solid organ transplant program, a busy pediatric hematology-oncology service, and fellows participate in the Antibiotic Stewardship and Infection Prevention programs. Additionally, fellows rotate at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center where they gain exposure to stem cell transplant recipients and other oncological patients with proven or suspected infections. We have a close working relationship with the Infectious Disease division in the Department of Medicine, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Department of Microbiology, and the Arnhold Global Health Institute of the Icahn School of Medicine, as well as with the Institute for Advance Medicine, which provides care to people of all ages living with HIV. Research opportunities are available within our division and in other departments and institutes. Mount Sinai also has a Master’s in Public Health program, and it is possible to obtain an MPH concurrently with fellowship training; funding opportunities exist to cover the cost of the MPH. We are able to accept J-1 or H-1 visa holders.
