We have 2 open positions for 1st year pediatric endocrinology fellowship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus Ohio. This is a robust fellowship training program with 14 faculty members with a wide variety of clinical and research interests. Fellowship clinical training is done through inpatient (service and consult), outpatient (endocrine, diabetes or through multiple subspecialty clinics like Turner syndrome clinic, Prader Willi Syndrome clinic, PCOS clinic, type 2 diabetes clinic) and electives. Protected research time is built into the schedule, beginning in the 1st year and most fellows complete more than 1 research projects and a QI project which serves as a springboard to their future career. Other experiences include a diabetes camp and laboratory rotation. Throughout fellowship, fellows have one half-day of continuity clinic and a half day of protected time for didactics and interactive education session per week.

Nationwide Children’s Hospital is one of the largest children’s hospitals in the country and the pediatric endocrine division is ranked #13 in the 2024 US News and World Report.
