Children’s Mercy Kansas City is pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for our Academic General Pediatrics Fellowship Program with training to begin July 2025. This three (3) year program is designed to provide advanced education to highly qualified physicians with a passion for medical education, research, leadership, child advocacy, and clinical care of pediatric patients. The training experience will increase the breadth and depth of participants understanding of pediatric research and academic medicine.
One (1) fellowship position is available at Children’s Mercy Kansas City that provides trainees with a competitive compensation and benefits package including, but not limited to: educational stipend to use toward books, travel and other educational materials; professional development stipend to present scholarly activity; health and dental insurance for trainee and dependents with no premiums; hospital-issued iPad or laptop; moving allowance; 20 days of vacation; paid sick time; paid board exam; access to clinical and research librarians, statisticians, scientific writers, learning specialists and wellness professionals; and tuition assistance for certifications or master’s degrees in a variety of related areas.
