We have an open position to begin PHM fellowship July 2023 at Marshall University!
Our PHM fellows do their training at Hoops Family Children’s Hospital. This hospital serves the tri-state area of West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky. Our only other fellowship program is NICU. As a result, our fellows have direct working relationships with our sub-specialists (ID, GI, cardiology, nephrology, endocrinology, heme/onc, etc). Our fellows are very supported in their scholarly activity and research. We are also very supportive of and help foster fellow development in clinical autonomy, medical education to residents/medical students, and leadership opportunities. Our PHM fellows and attendings have presented work nationally at PAS and SHM conferences. We currently have a 100% pass rate for graduating fellows taking the PHM boards. This is a great opportunity for any graduating resident to join our team.
